Being a Parent may be THE most difficult job in the world. We want the very best for our children - in every way - and when we don't meet those needs, Parents all over the world struggle with feeling overwhelmed, lost, not "good enough" and lonely. We also may find ourselves deeply concerned by our unexpected emotional outbursts. Welcome to the club of Parenting. Parent Roots is a journey in. When you take the time to really know yourself, the doors open to deeply know your children. ​At the end of this exploration, your children receive the greatest gift: YOU. The person you are FULLY meant to be, wise and loving. Your family emerges with the 8 C's of a happy,  healthy life together: ​
