Jendi Watson, CHT Soul Healer and Hakomi Therapist
Jendi Watson, soul healer, hakomi therapist
Hello and welcome! I'm so glad to see you here.
I'm Jendi Watson, mother, wife, healer and lover of all raw ways of being human. I love helping mothers whom feel the pangs of their own childhood creeping forward in their own life - their parenting. It's hard (!) and I'd love to help you navigate those hard times and transform them into tokens of gold and immense love. Sounds hokey? Yup, but it's true. When you heal your past and commit to deep healing: you feel lighter and your parenting soars.
Over the last 20 years, I have trained in a variety of deep somatic healing and mindfulness modalities and weave together the practices of Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Shamanism, and ancestral healing methods. These evidence based methods combined heal from the root up - especially trauma.
I'm continually amazed witnessing the profound inner wisdom we all hold. I am deeply passionate about seeing you, being with you, and accepting all of you. As a healer, I walk on a journey alongside you. I don't have your answers - you do. My role is to create a healing environment and witness your journey as you discover your deepest knowings. If any of this resonates with you - let's connect - a great journey lies ahead.
With deep gratitude and love,
Jendi 陸 震 珍 (LùLìzhēn) is the Chinese name given to me by my late maternal Grandparents: 陸 - Lù is my Chinese family's surname. It also means "land" or "land route" 震 珍 - Lìzhēn: beautiful treasure (such a Chinese name!)
