知行合一
To know and not to do is not to know. - 王陽明 Wang Yang Ming
My name is Jendi and I'm a healer with roots tracing back to Chinese, German, Polish, English, and Czech ancestry. I felt ghosts from a young age and was raised in the love language of summer strawberries and maple trees.
I love helping adults heal from their old woundings, typically from the rough pangs of their own childhood. How did I get here? I am a healer but during youth, I thought I was broken. Now over half my life, I have trained in a variety of the leading somatic trauma healing methods and Chinese philosophical orientations from Buddhism to Daoism and weave together the wisdom of Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Shamanism, and ancestral healing. These evidence-based methods heal from the root up for life-long changes. My hope for you is to unfold into your own healing and to clear and open the energetic obstacles so your life force (qì 氣) may shine through. The idea is that you have clarity and unity inside yourself so you may simply Walk Your Knowing. Awareness only comes through practice. My soul work is to help folks open a gentle path in their healing so their souls may shine, to connect the wisdom of our ancestors into our bones and to be of service in healing in my community, earth and generations before and after. May we all be well and have the courage to heal. - Jendi |
