Please join me for a 4-part series to learn how to rock your own boundaries. In this class you'll learn how to lead from your Wise Self. You'll experience what a BIG YES feels like in your body (your inner compass) and learn how to say YES and NO from a place of ease. You'll experience Hakomi methods in mindfulness for your Self and Others and rock life-long skills that will not only create amazing boundaries but open the path to heal anxiety, depression and an overall feeling of irritability. Come learn how to ROCK this holiday season YOUR way.
In this class you'll learn:
  • How to Live deeply from your Self.
  • Know if your choices are coming from YOU - or outside of you.
  • How to listen to your Inner Compass / Wise Self.
  • How to protect your energy (empath anyone?!)
  • Easily say NO and LOVE it.
  • Stay centered even when the world around you is chaos (hello Moms!)​
  • Get back to CALM when you have monkey mind.
  • Learn the 5 essential Boundaries to maintain and protect.
