Jendi Watson, Hakomi Therapist | Bainbridge Island, WA
Hello and welcome! I'm Jendi Watson, Hakomi Therapist, mother, wife and lover of all raw ways of being human. I love working mothers whom feel the pangs of their own childhood creeping forward in their own life - their parenting. It's hard shit and I'd love to help you navigate those hard times and transform them into tokens of gold and immense life-force. Sounds hokey? Yup, but it's true. When you do "the work," the deep healing and commit to SHOWING UP: you feel light, stand taller, and your parenting soars. This. Is. A. Practice. It's hard. It gets easier. It's hard again. Rinse and repeat. But there's an energy of moving to an easier place when the trauma from our past is healed.
I've been a student of mindfulness, Hakomi Therapy, Internal Family Systems and other deep somatic healing modalities and therapy for over fifteen years. It is an absolute honor to BE with people in their rawest forms. I'm continually amazed witnessing the profound inner wisdom we all hold. I am deeply passionate about seeing you, being with you, and accepting all of you. As a Hakomi practitioner, I walk on a journey alongside you. I don't have your answers - you do. My role is to create a healing environment and witness your journey as you discover your deepest knowings. If any of this resonates with you - let's connect - a great journey lies ahead.
With deep gratitude and love, Jendi
